Presales testing – All new instruments must fulfill certain standard certification whether they are regulatory or otherwise. You should choose suppliers who can assure you about the standard certification(s) that abide by global standards.

Routine Maintenance – As a general rule, a good supplier always offer a regular service back up. Scientific instruments need good service even after a long period of time to perform at peak level.

Consumables – Some scientific equipment demand a regular supply of consumables, so make sure your supplier is able to supply extra stock. This way you can minimize or avoid costly downtime.
